After School: 3.10pm to 6.15pm
The Club is staffed by an enthusiastic and committed team who have the well-being and welfare of the children at the Club at heart.
You can be assured that all staff, whether permanent or cover, have all had a DBS check and are supported by the Club’s Management Committee.
The Management Committee are a voluntary group of parents who have children at the Club and whose contact details are available upon request. They meet every term to discuss the running of the club.
I joined the club in October 2004 and worked just 2 mornings as a playworker whilst studying for my Cache Diploma in Playwork – level 3.
I then worked my way up slowly at EGKC to become Deputy Manager and eventually took over as Manager in summer 2006.
I left William Hulme with three A-levels and began working at the club part time in June 2008. I have a NVQ Level 3 and 4 in Playwork and I began my role as the Deputy Manager of just the Breakfast Club three years ago.
I am now leading both the breakfast and after school club and I support Lisa with the administration and daily management of the club overall.

Payment Of Fees
We send out an invoice at the start of each month and fees are payable within 7days.
We are able to accept payments by cash or cheque, made payable to “Elm Grove Kids Club”, direct debit or on line banking and also through various childcare voucher schemes.
Continuous late payment of fees will result in a reminder being issued and further action will be taken as appropriate.
Assisted Place Scheme
EGKC has charitable status. Our ‘Assisted Places Scheme’ has been established by the Management Committee of EGKC and its purpose is to assist families who are unable to meet the fees because their family income falls below a certain level. The scheme also exists to assist families who need short term childcare due to family illness, emergency in the family or a change in family circumstances. The cost of the scheme is met out of the club’s income.
